This is called feeling anxious. There is nothing bad to experience that usually it passes in a matter of days or minutes. The fact that it passes makes more difference between anxiety and anxiousness.
Fear and stress reactions are essential for human survival. It can help the body prepare for action, thereby to improve productivity in many situations, but it also allows people to pursue important goals.
